Of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2023, at The Residence at Hilltop, Monongahela. Gail was born in Monongahela, on Feb 1, 1938, daughter of the late Charles and Julia Brown. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Lee Roy Hixenbaugh, a brother Chuck Brown and a sister, Delores (Brown) Krystek. She is survived by cousins Dave (and Kate) Papak of Monongahela and Marcia (Papak) Brown of Baldwin, and several nieces and nephews. She graduated from Monongahela High School in 1958. Gail and her late husband Lee were active members at St. Valentine Church and St. Thomas More Church, and very involved with several support and teaching ministries at both parishes. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11 AM, Monday October 30, 2023 at St. Andrew The Apostle Parish, Monongahela. Burial will follow at Monongahela Cemetery. Donation in her memory can be made to St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 722 W. Main St. Monongahela, PA 15063
